Susan Strong lives with the Hyoomen tribe underground. They all have gills and can swim underwater easily but she does not. Perhaps she is human! Like Jake, she has blonde hair but rarely (or never) removes her cat-shaped hat. Jake named her Susan when she mispronounced the word sun on seeing the overground world for the first time. She is from Beautopia. Fitting, then, that today's purple eye-look is inspired by her. (The pictures used flash because of poor lighting... what can you do).
Products
Eye-Base - Urban Decay Primer Potion in Eden. A tiny dot of NYX Jumbo eye pencil in Milk under brow and inner tearduct areas. Illamasqua Mould cream pigment blended in the crease. I tapped a bit of Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy onto the inner lid.
Eyeshadows - First I used Sugarpill Poison Plum in the crease, followed by The Balm Risque Renee (to darken the outer v) and Luscious Lani (inner corner because it's the colour of Susan's skin). Fyrinnae Delvian loose eyeshadow pressed onto the lid/Pixie Epoxy. Blended out the edges with Inglot 352 (matte skintone).
Eyeliner - Urban Decay 24/7 liquid liner in Perversion, NYX Jumbo pencil in milk on the waterline set with matte white from Inglot. Cat's whiskers drawn in on lower lash line. Eyebrows are MAC NW20 Studio Sculpt concealer with Inglot matte lilac eyeshadow brushed through.
Face - Collection 2000 lasting perfection concealer in Light, MAC MSF Natural in Light Plus, MAC Dollymix blusher.
Lips - Springbean lustreglass (because I <3 it)
It was so nice to do some pretty make-up and not worry about the brands...
